BAKER Construction Bahamas, Ltd. Star Performers Track Classic 2007
Star Trackers Track & Field Club will be hosting the Baker Construction Bahamas, Ltd. “Star Performers Track Classic 2007”, on Saturday, February 3rd, 2007.  The meet will take place at the Thomas A. Robinson Track & Field Stadium at the Queen Elizabeth Sports Center.  The meet will run from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m.  Tickets will cost $5 for adults, $3 for children and $10 for V.I.P.   

This track meet is for divisions under nine to open.  It is sanctioned by the Bahamas Association of Athletic Associations (B.A.A.A.) and International Amateur Athletic Federation (I.A.A.F.) rules apply.

This meet is being held under the distinguished patronage of Golden Girl, Debbie Ferguson-McKenzie.  Competing in this meet will be 2 of Jamaica’s Star Junior Athletes, Yohan Blake and Carrie Russell.  Both of them were 2006 World Junior Bronze Medalists, in Beijing China.  There will be over 500 athletes competing from New Providence, Grand Bahama, Jamaica  and the Turks and Caicos Islands.
